I’m Dr. Christina Smith, an adult psychiatrist based in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

I established my private practice to offer highly personalized, attentive care to each of my patients. Unlike traditional group medical practices, my approach is rooted in a low-volume, concierge-style model rather than a high-volume, insurance-based one. This allows me to spend more time with fewer patients—ensuring that your concerns are heard, understood, and addressed with the highest quality of care.

As part of this model, I do not accept insurance or work with insurance companies. This decision allows me to dedicate more time to you, free from the constraints often found in larger practices. During our sessions, we’ll have the space and time needed to explore your needs in depth.
